Access For All Policy Statement
Lady Heyes is committed to equal access for everyone and to the creation of a balanced and inclusive holiday experience. We endeavour to ensure that our website and holiday park is accessible to our guests as much as possible. We recognise that some of our guests may require additional services and adaptations and we will strive to provide these where reasonable and comply with the Accessibility Regulations 2018.

We welcome guests with physical disabilities, hearing or visual impairments, autism spectrum conditions, learning disabilities or any other sensory and communication disorder.

Lady Heyes overall ethos of inclusion for all does not extend solely to guests with disabilities, but also includes older people, families with small children, carers, friends and relatives who accompany guests with particular requirements.

We also respect the rights of individual guests with any disability who may want to enjoy their holiday experience independently as much as they feel is possible for them. We will offer support in a sensitive manner on request in these circumstances. Information will be provided to guests and prospective guests relating to the terrain and accessibility of our park and our services in a manner that best enables them to access our facilities appropriately for them.

Lady Heyes will provide appropriate training and briefing to all of our staff who have the ability to affect compliance with this policy in order to provide an excellent guest experience and customer service overall for all. We recognise that everybody's needs can be different so our friendly team will always be happy to help in reception or contact us on 01928 788 557 if you're planning a visit so we can support you in making your stay stress free.

Adopting an access for all principle across our business means we will always give due consideration to existing legislation covering discrimination based on grounds of disability, published access guidance and recognised best practice.

We will constantly monitor ways to improve our level of accessibility.

This statement will be reviewed annually.
